Sample pages from a fully-interactive PDF B2B product user guide that can be downloaded by football clubs in the Premier League, explaining how to apply names and numbers to player kits and how to use a state-of-the-art stock checking device. I also designed user guides branded for exclusive use by Barcelona, BVB and Bayern Munich football clubs and a one-page PDF guide featuring all the kit colours of all the clubs in the Premier League illustrating which colour numbers and names should be applied to each version of the kits.

Also featured is an internal two-page Powerpoint and PDF presentation created for use by staff at Expedia call centres and shops. I illustrated a number of male and female characters depicting various customer traits.
